We are located in Kapashera, which is that busy area right on the edge of New Delhi. Our office is actually at House No. 96 in New Colony, care of K.C. Bhardwaj. Pankaj Sharma is usually the one you’ll see around here most days. Even though the name Genesys International Corporation Ltd. sounds like it belongs in a huge skyscraper, we are settled into a more local neighborhood setting. It feels more personal this way. Kapashera is a unique place because of all the people moving through for work, and being in New Colony puts us right in the middle of it. The house is a standard colony home that we have converted into our workspace. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria, we just go out to the local stalls for lunch or bring something from home and eat at our desks. There is always some dust from the roads and the sound of planes overhead because we are so close to the airport. We spend our days handling data and maps, mostly just staring at screens and talking through problems that come up. It is a practical way to work. We know our neighbors, and they know we are the ones always busy with the computers inside House 96. It is just a regular day-to-day operation for us, nothing too flashy or complicated about it. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done.
