Gargwasa Human Resource

Gargwasa Human Resource is situated in Dwarka Sector 19, specifically at 346. Dwarka is a big area and sector 19 has its own pace. We’ve got a small office setup here where we spend most of our day looking through files and talking on the phone. People come in looking for work or asking about different placements, and we just try to see where they might fit in. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, which can be a bit tiring for the back after a few hours. The office is usually filled with the sound of the fan and people talking in the background. We have some files stacked up on the side that we haven't gotten around to organizing perfectly yet. It is just a regular workplace where we deal with people's resumes and company requirements. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times we have four people waiting in the small hallway. We don't use any fancy software for everything, a lot of it is still just keeping track of things in our own way. We've been in this building for a bit now, and the neighbors know us. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that, just a functional space in a residential-commercial block where we get the daily tasks done. We drink a lot of tea while we work because it helps with the long afternoons and the constant flow of people asking for help with their jobs.
