Gallant Power Systems, Hyderabad

The address for Gallant Power Systems is L-902 in the Ratnagiri building in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. Even though the name says Hyderabad, this is where we actually do the daily work. Kaushambi is right on the border of Delhi, so it’s easy for us to get around. Ratnagiri is a tall residential building, and our office is way up on the ninth floor. The view is mostly of other apartment blocks and the metro line in the distance. We have a few rooms filled with testing equipment and parts. It feels a bit more like a workshop than a typical office. There’s usually a bit of dust around because of the stuff we handle. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. There are just a few of us here who understand how power systems work. We spend a lot of time on the road visiting sites, so the office is often half-empty during the day. When we are all here, it’s usually to write up reports or order new components. The elevator in the building is slow, so we have to plan our trips downstairs carefully. We don’t have any marketing people or a sales team sitting here. It’s just the technicians and the folks who keep the books. It’s a bit messy, but it’s a honest place where we fix things and keep systems running. It is just what we do.
