Gagan Express

We operate out of D-38 in Mayur Vihar Phase I. It is a ground-level spot which makes it a lot easier for us to load and unload our vans throughout the day. We started Gagan Express because we wanted a way to move goods around the city without all the drama you usually get with the big national carriers. It is mostly a family-run feel here, even though we have a few extra hands to help out with the heavy lifting when things get busy. The office part is just a wooden desk in the corner with a computer that is a bit slow and a bunch of clipboards. We do not spend any money on advertising because word of mouth in Mayur Vihar has always worked well enough for us. People know that if they bring something to D-38, we will handle it. We deal with all sorts of items, from small documents to pieces of furniture. Some days are very long, especially when the traffic is particularly bad or it is raining, but we try to stay on top of the schedule. We do not have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to get the job done right so we can go home to our families at night. It is a simple setup and we like it. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands.
