Our situation is a little bit different from many other companies because we are currently listed under "Others" for our address. This basically means we are not tied down to one single traditional office building at the moment. It might sound a bit strange when you first hear it, but it is just how things have worked out for our team. We move to where the work is or we operate from various different hubs depending on what is needed that week. Even without a fixed street number or a specific sector to call our own, we still have a very busy daily grind. We are a team that stays connected through the work we do rather than just by sitting in the same physical building every day. We spend a lot of our time on phone calls and trying to coordinate things across different spots. It can be a little bit chaotic not having a single front door to walk through every morning, but we have learned how to make it work for us. Most of us have our own little setups that we have perfected over time in different locations. We do not have a shared breakroom or a communal coffee machine to meet at, but we still manage to stay in sync. It is not your typical 9-to-5 office life. We are just a group of people getting things done regardless of where we are.
