Frsher

We are located over in Madangir, way up on the 3rd floor in Room Number 8. It is a bit of a climb up those stairs, but it is our own space and we like it. The name Frsher is what we go by, and we mostly focus on helping young people who are just starting out in their professional careers. Being in a city like New Delhi, there are so many young people looking for their very first break. We try to be a bridge for them to get where they want to go. The office is not large at all. It is just a few simple chairs and some old computers, and it can get pretty cramped when we have more than two visitors at once. We spend our time looking at resumes and talking to people about what they can actually do. It is a lot of work because every single person is different. We do not have any fancy software to do the sorting for us, just our own eyes and our ears. We talk to local employers too, seeing who they need and if we have someone who fits their specific needs. It is a lot of coordinating and making sure everyone is on the same page. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the files, but other days it is non-stop. We do not promise things we cannot deliver. We just work hard and try to stay organized so that we can give everyone a fair chance to find something.
