Friends Vision Cable Network

We started Friends Vision Cable Network over in Uttam Nagar East quite a while ago. If you head down toward E-4, you’ll see our little office there. Most days we are just out and about, climbing ladders or fixing some line that a truck caught on. It gets busy, especially when the weather turns and everyone’s TV goes out at once. We handle a lot of different channels and try to keep things running so people can watch their news or shows in the evening. Uttam Nagar is a crowded place, so running wires across the narrow streets takes a bit of work. Usually, it's just us answering the phone and heading out with the tools. Sometimes the signal is great, sometimes we have to spend hours finding where a wire got pinched. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we do here. The office isn't very big, mostly just a place to store the extra cable and splitters. We’ve known most of the neighbors for years now. People just stop by E-4 when they have a problem or if they need to pay their monthly bill. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a big team or anything, just enough hands to get the job done. Life in Uttam Nagar East stays pretty fast-paced, so we just keep moving from one pole to the next, making sure the signal stays strong enough for everyone’s living rooms. Sometimes we have to deal with monkeys swinging on the wires or old trees falling down, but that's just life in Uttam Nagar. We keep our tools in the back of an old scooter and zip around the lanes whenever someone calls in a complaint. It's a lot of physical work, especially when the sun is beating down on the rooftops, but we've gotten used to the heat over the years.
