We are based in South Delhi, though we don't have a massive storefront for people to walk into. Flexi Tours is more of a behind-the-scenes operation. We spend most of our time on the phone or on our computers looking at maps and schedules. South Delhi is a big area, but we’ve managed to find a corner where we can get our work done without too much distraction. Our team is small, and we’ve all been in the travel business for a while. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It’s mostly just us trying to figure out the best routes and making sure the drivers know where they are going. Sometimes we stay late because of the time differences with other places. The office is usually a mess of brochures and printed itineraries. We have a small kettle for tea, and that’s about it for perks. People think travel is glamorous, but for us, it’s mostly logistics and double-checking dates. We deal with all sorts of requests, from simple trips to complicated plans. It’s a lot of coordination. We like being in South Delhi because it’s central for our staff. We don’t bother with fancy advertising; we just do the work that needs doing. If the phones are ringing, we’re busy. That’s how it goes every day. We just keep moving and trying to keep everything organized for the people who book with us.
