It’s a bit funny because the name says Bangalore, but we are actually located at B-57 on Street Number 3 in Shakarpur. We are right there by the Gali Jain Mandir in Delhi-92. People sometimes ask about that, but it’s just how things ended up. The office is in a busy part of Delhi where the streets are tight and you really have to watch where you're walking. It’s a lively neighborhood, though. There’s always someone selling something nearby or neighbors chatting on their way to the temple. Our space inside is simple. We have our chairs, a few desks that have seen better days, and a lot of folders. We focus on various services, and most of the time is spent on the phone or writing things down. It gets pretty loud outside during the day, so we usually have the windows shut to keep the noise down a bit. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know how the work goes. There aren't any big decorations on the walls, just some calendars and notes we’ve tacked up so we don’t forget things. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and talk to us without any fuss. We don’t do things in a very formal way because we find that being straightforward works best. It’s a modest office in a crowded street, but we get things done.
