Fenesta

We've been at Shahdara Batra House for a while now. Plot No 52, right on the ground floor in the Industrial Area. It’s usually busy around here with the trucks and all the noise from the other units nearby. People come in looking for windows and frames most of the time. It gets a bit dusty with the door opening and closing, but we keep the samples as clean as we can. Usually, someone is around to answer the phone or talk to you if you walk in. We spend a lot of time looking at measurements on paper. Every house is different, you know? One window is never quite the same as the next one, even if the builder says they are all standard. We deal with lots of uPVC stuff. Most days it's just about getting the orders right and making sure the delivery truck finds the address without getting lost. Sometimes the traffic in Shahdara is a nightmare, so we tell people to come early if they want to avoid the worst rush. We’ve got a small team here. We mostly just focus on the day-to-day work. No fancy office stuff, just the desks and the displays we have set up. If you’re around Plot 52, you’ll see the sign out front. It’s not a huge place, but we fit everything in. Sometimes the tea guy comes by around four and things slow down for ten minutes. Then it’s back to work. We try to be straight with people about how long things take. It's better than making stuff up.
