Windorz Ind. P. Ltd. is based at C-5, 87 in Rohni Sector 5, which is in New Delhi. It’s a busy part of the city, and our place is usually buzzing with activity. We’ve been making windows and doors here for a long time. If you come by, you’ll see the workshop is packed with frames and glass and all sorts of tools. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but we make it work. We have a small team of workers who are good with their hands. New Delhi can be a tough place to get around, so we spend a lot of our time worrying about traffic and delivery times. Our office is just a little space where we keep the ledger and the phone. We don't have a big staff or any fancy departments. Everyone here knows how to do a bit of everything. Sometimes we have to work late to get an order finished for a builder. We don't have any big brochures or polished sales pitches. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know our name. It’s a lot of hard physical work, and it gets loud with the saws going all day, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and get the job finished as well as we can. There’s usually some scrap metal or glass lying around the yard.
