This place has a bit of a history with the two locations. F. K. International started over at 27-B Khizrabad in N.F.C., but a lot of the actual day-to-day happens where Ashish Tyagi is, over at 15-A DDA Flat in West Gorakhpark. Shahdara is a busy part of New Delhi, and this flat is where we keep the records and handle the mail. It is a residential area, so it feels very different from a standard office building. P.D. Tyagi has been here for years, and we just operate out of this space. It's a bit of a squeeze with all the files and the computer setup in the living area. We handle international stuff, but our base is as local as it gets. You walk up the stairs and it’s just a regular home that doubles as our workspace. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. Usually, there’s a pot of tea on the stove and someone’s phone is ringing. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even though we deal with bigger things. Working from a DDA flat means we know all the neighbors and the local shops. It is practical for us. We spend our mornings sorting through paperwork and our afternoons making calls. If you're looking for us in Shahdara, it’s just a standard flat, nothing special to look at from the outside. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
