Exl Bpo

We are located at 4/57 in Nehru Nagar, New Delhi. It is a busy spot and we have been here for a while now. Exl Bpo is basically just a group of us working in this office space. The building isn't anything special but it gets the job done. We spend most of our day sitting at the desks with our headsets on. There is a lot of noise from the street sometimes, especially during the morning rush. Most people here take the bus or ride their scooters to get to work. We have a small area where we keep our bags and eat lunch. It’s usually just leftovers from home. The walls are a plain color and we have some old calendars hanging up. We handle various back-office tasks and phone calls. It's a lot of data entry and talking to people on the other end of the line. Sometimes the computers act up and we have to wait for the IT guy to come over. In the afternoons, we usually send someone out to get tea for everyone. It helps us stay awake when the energy gets low. Nehru Nagar has plenty of little shops nearby so if we need anything like a pen or a snack, it's easy to find. We don't have fancy meetings or anything like that. We just come in, do our shifts, and go home. It’s a regular place with regular people working hard.
