If you find yourself in Madangir, you might pass by our place at E-1St-301. We’ve been operating Executive Search out of this spot in New Delhi for a good amount of time. It’s not a fancy office with a receptionist and a water fountain. It’s more of a practical space where we can focus on finding people for different roles. Madangir is a crowded, busy area, and there’s always something happening outside the windows. We like the energy of it, even if it gets a bit noisy during the lunch hour. Inside, it’s mostly just us, a few desks, and a lot of lists. We spend most of our day on the phone or reading through emails. It’s a lot of matching names to jobs, which sounds simpler than it actually is. Some days are slow, and we just sit around talking about the weather or where to get the best snacks nearby. Other days, the phone won’t stop ringing and we’re all rushing to keep up. We don’t have a corporate handbook or a dress code. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and go home. The office is a bit small, but it fits us just fine. It’s a local operation, run by people who know the city and how things work around here. We just try to be useful and keep the business moving along without making too much of a fuss.
