Executive Search

We are located over in Khirkii Extension, right in the Malviya Nagar area. Our address is J-3/79 - A, and it can be a little tricky to find the first time because the lanes are a bit narrow and winding. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, with people always moving around. Our office is a modest space where we do most of our searching. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in Gurgaon. It’s a more traditional Delhi building with a bit of character. We have some bookshelves that are overflowing and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the daily life of the extension happening right below us. It gets a little noisy in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. We usually have a pot of tea going in the afternoon. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other pretty well. We don’t follow any strict corporate rules or anything. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep things moving. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have grown fond of the local shops and the people around here. It’s just a typical office in a busy part of town, doing what we do every single day of the week.
