Our office is tucked away on the second floor of House Number 67 in Kailash Hills. It is a pretty quiet spot in East of Kailash once you get inside. We have been working out of this space for a while now, mostly dealing with people looking for senior roles and companies trying to fill them. The walk up the stairs gets us some exercise every morning, which we probably need. It is not some fancy corporate park with glass walls and a lobby pond, just a regular building where we get our work done. Most days, we are just on the phone or sitting around the table talking about different candidates and where they might fit. Sometimes the internet acts up, or it gets a bit noisy outside when the neighbors are moving things or the traffic picks up, but we manage. We handle a lot of resumes and keep track of who is going where in the business world. It is mostly just us drinking tea and making calls to see if someone wants a new job. The area is nice because there are some decent places to grab lunch or a quick snack nearby. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. People just come in, we sit down, and we talk. It is a straightforward way of doing things. We try to keep the files organized, though the desks usually have stacks of paper on them by the end of the week.
