Essaco Manpower(Times Of Oman Group)

We are located in New Delhi, right in the thick of things. Being part of the Times of Oman Group means we have some history behind us, but at Essaco Manpower, it’s mostly just us handling the daily grind of finding people jobs and sorting through piles of resumes. Our office is a busy place, especially in the mornings when the tea arrives and we start going through emails from candidates. It isn't always glamorous work. Some days are just spent on the phone for hours or filing paperwork that seems to never end. New Delhi is a loud, fast city, and we try to keep up with that pace every single day. We don't have fancy lounge areas or anything like that, just desks, computers, and a lot of lists. Most of us have been here a while now, so we know how the local market moves. People come in looking for opportunities, and we do what we can to match them up with what’s available. It’s practical work. We deal with real problems and real people who just want to get to work. The commute here can be a bit of a nightmare depending on the metro or the traffic, but once we’re inside the office, it’s all about getting through the tasks at hand. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get placed where they're needed. It’s what we do. It takes a lot of patience to do this right, but we’re used to it by now.
