If you’re looking for us, we are at 1558/3, right by the Shiv Om Hostel in Kotla Mubarakpur. It’s a busy little corner near Southex-1 in Newdelhi. E-Recruiters Management Consultant is a small team and we’ve been working out of this spot for a good while. The office is a bit tucked away, so people sometimes get lost trying to find it. Inside, it’s mostly just us surrounded by computers and heaps of folders. We spend our time looking for the right people to fill jobs, which is a lot harder than it sounds. It involves a lot of reading through resumes and listening to people’s stories. We don't use any of those corporate jargon that makes everything sound more complicated than it is. We just tell it like it is. If someone isn't a good fit for a role, we let them know. We’ve had days where the phones won't stop ringing and days where it’s strangely quiet. We just take it as it comes. We aren't a big, polished agency. We are just a group of people who know how the local job market works. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to file a paper or missing an email, but we always try to make it right. It’s just a practical, everyday business trying to help folks out. Most of our work is done over coffee and long phone calls.
