People come to us with different business problems and we sit down and try to figure them out. The office is basically just a few rooms with computers and a lot of notebooks. We are not into the whole corporate culture thing. There are no suits or ties here. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable. The building is a normal residential-style place that we use for work. It makes the whole atmosphere feel more relaxed than a typical office. We have a lot of books on the shelves that we occasionally look at. Most of our work is done on the laptops though. We get a lot of sun in the mornings which is nice until it gets too hot in the afternoon. Then we have to pull the curtains and turn on the fans. The neighborhood is full of families and other small offices so it feels very grounded. We don't have a big corporate plan or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just do the consulting work and hope our clients are satisfied. It is a steady way to work and we like the independence of being in this spot in Vaishali. We have been here for several years now and we know the local shops well.
