Elixir

We are located in Kalkaji, which is a pretty well-known area in Delhi. It’s a mix of homes and little businesses like ours. Elixir is the name on the door, but inside it’s just a normal workspace. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or a lounge area with beanbags. It's just desks, chairs, and people working. Most of us take the metro or drive in, and the Kalkaji traffic can be a real headache some days. We usually start the day by clearing off the desks and checking what needs to be done. It’s not glamorous. We do a lot of talking and planning. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We've got a small pantry area where we make tea and talk about things that aren't work-related for a few minutes. Kalkaji has a good feel to it, very grounded and local. We’ve been here long enough that we know the guys at the nearby shops. It’s a comfortable spot for us to do what we do. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It's a small team and we know each other well. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else in this city. It works for us and we like the simplicity of the daily routine here.
