Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd. is based over in Burari, at B-Block, 421/3, Baba-Colony, Sant-Nagar. It's a busy part of Delhi-84. Our office is pretty much what you'd expect for a place that deals with buildings and land. There are blueprints usually rolled up in corners and a bit of dust on the windows because of all the construction nearby. We spend a lot of time out on sites, but this is where we come back to handle the office side of things. Sant-Nagar is a lively area, and being in Baba-Colony means we’re right in the thick of it. The office isn't quiet. Between the phones ringing and people coming in to ask about property stuff, there’s always something happening. We aren't big on fancy decorations or polished marble floors in here. It’s a working office for people who get their hands dirty. We deal with a lot of paperwork, permits, and planning details. Sometimes the summer heat in Burari makes the office feel a bit small, but we have our fans and coolers going. It’s a local business feel even if the name sounds a bit bigger. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. People stop by to chat about the latest projects or just to see what’s new in the area. We just keep our heads down and keep building things.
