Easy Search- The Placements People.

Down in E-17 Hastsal Vihar, Uttam Nagar, you’ll find our office. We go by the name Easy Search- The Placements People, and that’s pretty much what happens here. New Delhi is full of people looking for work, and Uttam Nagar is no different. It’s a crowded area, but it has its own rhythm. We spend our mornings opening emails and our afternoons calling candidates. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs, tables, and computers, but it works for what we need. We handle placements for various sectors. Sometimes the office gets crowded when a few people show up for interviews at the same time. You can hear the sounds of the street from the window, which reminds us how many people are out there looking for opportunities. We try to keep things organized, though with so many resumes, a bit of clutter is normal. Hastsal Vihar is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we’ve been at this address for a bit. We don't use big words or make huge promises; we just try to find a spot for everyone who walks through the door or sends a file. It’s mostly about making connections between companies and workers. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We just stay busy with the files and the phone, making sure people get their chance to interview.
