Dynamic Staffing & Services

Dynamic Staffing & Services is a small place located at A-140, G-3, in Dilshad Colony, Delhi-95. We are on the ground floor, so it’s easy for people to find us if they are looking for work. We aren't some massive recruitment agency with branches all over the country. It’s just a few of us here trying to help people find jobs and help companies find staff. The office is pretty simple, with some desks, a couple of filing cabinets, and a lot of resumes piled up. It gets a bit noisy sometimes when we have several interviews going on at once. Dilshad Colony is a busy neighborhood, and we like being part of the community here. We don't use any corporate speak or make big promises we can't keep. We just look at what someone can do and try to find a place that needs those skills. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at the computer, but it feels good when someone actually gets hired. We don't have a fancy lobby or free coffee for visitors, but we treat everyone who walks in with respect. Our printer is always running out of ink and the desks are a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We just want to keep things moving and help out where we can. It’s a modest business run by regular people in a regular Delhi street.
