Our office is actually a regular house, specifically number 818 in Sector-37, Arun Vihar. It is quite a bit different than working in a big glass tower in a modern business park, but we actually prefer it this way. It is a lot quieter in this part of Noida compared to the main roads. We deal with data and various information services, mostly helping other businesses understand exactly who they are dealing with in the market. We spend a lot of our time looking through records and checking various facts on our computer screens. It is a bit like being a detective but specifically for business information. The team here is small and most of us have known each other for a very long time. We have our desks set up in the different rooms of the house. It feels more like a home than a cold workplace, which really helps keep the stress levels down during the day. We do not have a big glowing sign outside or a fancy marble lobby. If you walk by, you might just think it is someone’s private residence until you see all the computer monitors through the windows. We have been working in this sector for years and we know the local Noida area very well. Sometimes we walk over to the local market together for a quick tea break and some fresh air.
