DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd. is located in Nangloi at Shop No 3, Shiv Plaza, right on the Main Rohtak Road. This is a very busy stretch of road, so there is never a quiet moment. Our shop is small but we pack a lot of work into it. We spend our time weighing boxes, taping up parcels, and sorting out the cargo manifests. Shiv Plaza has a lot of foot traffic, so we see all kinds of people coming in with packages for different parts of the country. The walls are lined with shelving for all the items waiting to be picked up by the bigger trucks. It can get a bit chaotic when a lot of people arrive at once, but we just take them one by one. The sound of the traffic on Rohtak Road is always in the background. We have a small desk where we do all the computer work and printing labels. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of tape at the wrong time, but we always figure it out. It’s a very straightforward place to work. We aren't trying to be fancy; we just want to make sure the boxes get where they are supposed to go. We’ve been in Shop No 3 for a while now and we know the neighborhood routines. It’s a solid, local spot for anyone needing to send something out.
