Our branch is located at B-222 in Badarpur. It is a very busy part of town with a lot of trucks and constant movement, which is actually perfect for what we do every day. We handle a lot of mail and bigger cargo that needs to go across the country or just across the city. The space is mostly taken up by heavy scales, boxes, and various packing materials. It is not the cleanest place in the world because there is always cardboard dust and tape scraps lying around, but it is where the real work happens. We have a small team here who have been working together for many years now. We know the routines and the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the Badarpur traffic when we can. We do not have a lot of time for fancy talk or marketing. When someone comes in, we weigh their stuff, tell them the price, and get it ready for the next truck to pick up. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to do everything by hand for a while, but we always make it work somehow. We are not a corporate showroom; we are just a working warehouse and a dispatch point. People in the area know us as the place to go when they need something shipped without any fuss. We stay busy from early morning until the evening, just keeping the parcels moving.
