DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd is located at Shop No 4 on the Main Road in Sant Nagar, Burari. It’s a busy little shop right on the main drag, so there is always noise from the street. We handle a lot of packages every day, from small envelopes to bigger cargo boxes. The space isn't very large, so we have to stay organized or we wouldn't be able to move. We’ve been at this Sant Nagar location for a while now. Most of the people living nearby know us because they drop off their mail here. It’s a simple setup with a counter and some scales. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just take the parcels, scan them, and get them on the truck. Sometimes the line gets long, especially in the evenings when people are coming home from work. We just work through it as fast as we can. Being at Shop No 4 means we are easy to spot if you’re driving down the Main Road. DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd is a big name, but this specific branch is just us local folks doing the work. We deal with lost packages, tracking numbers, and packing tape all day long. It's not glamorous, but it is necessary. We try to keep the shop tidy, though with so many boxes coming in, it’s a constant battle.
