Our team at Diverse Lynx Llc is based right here in Delhi. Being in such a large city, we see all kinds of people and businesses every single day. Our office is a straightforward place. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few photos of our families. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or talking to people over the phone. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience because things don’t always go according to plan. Sometimes a system goes down or a call gets disconnected, and we just have to start over. We are a pretty diverse group ourselves, coming from different parts of the city and even different states. We usually start the day with a quick chat about the commute, which is always an adventure in Delhi. The office can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon when we talk to each other. We just say things as they are. If a project is behind, we say it’s behind and we figure out how to catch up. It’s a very grounded way of working, focusing on the tasks at hand rather than making things sound better than they actually are. We just stay busy.
