Dimple Bearing Agencies

We are tucked away at 614/4 on Hamilton Road, right in the heart of Kashmere Gate. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how hectic it can get. There are shops everywhere and people moving parts all day long. We’ve been operating Dimple Bearing Agencies from this same spot for quite some time. It’s a small space, but we manage to fit thousands of bearings inside. The walls are lined with shelves from floor to ceiling. It’s always a bit noisy outside with the horns and the loaders, but inside we just focus on the work. We get all sorts of customers, from mechanics to big suppliers. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy boxes and checking part numbers. Sometimes the ink on the boxes is faded, and we have to use a magnifying glass to be sure. We don't have air conditioning, just a few old fans that keep the air moving. It gets hot in the summer, but we’re used to it. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. Our reputation is just based on being here every day and having the parts when people need them. Hamilton Road is a tough place to park, so most of our customers just double-park or come on foot. It’s a gritty, busy life, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and keep the bearings moving for everyone.
