Dickson Rothschild

Dickson Rothschild is based out of 835, Ca Apartments in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. This is where we spend our days. It’s a residential apartment building, so the office doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment at all. It’s more like a home that has been turned into a workplace over time. We have our computers set up and there are cables running along the floor in some places that we really should tidy up one day. The walls have some old calendars and maybe a few maps pinned to them. Paschim Vihar is a busy residential neighborhood and we are right in the middle of it. You can hear the vegetable sellers calling out in the street sometimes or the sound of car horns from the main road nearby. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background to fill the silence. It’s a small group of us here and we all know our roles pretty well. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some instant coffee in the cupboard. It’s the kind of place where you can just show up and get to work without any fuss. We’ve been at this address in Ca Apartments for a good while and the neighbors all know who we are. It’s just a basic, honest office where we put in our hours and then head home like everyone else.
