Dev Construction

Dev Construction is based at Number-210 in the Aggarwal Tower. It’s in the Cu Block of Pitampura, which is a fairly busy area with lots of offices and shops around. We spend a lot of our time here planning out projects and talking to people about their building needs. The office isn't massive, but it works for us. Pitampura is a good place to be because everything is accessible. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near the tower, which can be a bit of a headache for visitors. We try to stay organized, but with all the site maps and paperwork lying around, it can look a bit cluttered. We aren't the type to have a polished reception area with someone always waiting to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us on the phone or looking over some blueprints. It’s a regular workspace for people who actually work in construction. We handle the day-to-day stuff from here and coordinate with the guys out on the sites. It’s not a glamorous job, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ins and outs. Most people who come to see us are looking for practical advice on their projects. We just give it to them straight. No fluff or corporate talk, just honest work from our spot in Cu Block. It’s how we’ve always done it here in Pitampura.
