Delhi Call

Delhi Call is based right here in New Delhi. We don't have a specific street address for the public, but we operate right from the heart of the city. Our work is all about communication, mostly over the phone lines. We have a small team of people who come in every day to handle the calls. New Delhi is a huge place, and being named Delhi Call feels right for us. We aren't a big, cold corporation with hundreds of people in a warehouse-style building. It’s more like a small office where we all know each other. We don't have any scripts that sound like robots. We just talk to people like we would talk to our neighbors. Some days the phones are ringing constantly, and it can be a bit overwhelming. Other days are slower, and we have time to catch up on other small tasks. We don’t have any big marketing goals or slogans about being the best. We just want to do our jobs and help the people who are calling us. It’s a simple way to earn a living. Most of us have been doing this for a long time, so we are used to the rhythm of the city and the way people talk. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. We just dress comfortably and get to work. Delhi Call is just us, a small group of people in a big city, doing what we know how to do.
