Degremont Ltd

Our place is at A-9, Samachar Apts, which is in the Mayur Vihar Phase-1 Extension in New Delhi. It is an older building, but it has a lot of character. Degremont Ltd has its roots here, and we have gotten used to the way the building feels. It’s not a shiny new glass tower. There are trees outside and the neighbors know us by now. We do our work from this apartment-style office every day. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of files lying around, but we manage. The commute into Mayur Vihar can be a bit of a headache with the traffic near the extension, but once we are inside, it’s just us and the work. We deal with technical things and engineering stuff mostly. It isn't the kind of thing you can explain in two minutes. We just focus on the projects and try to make sure everything is handled properly. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the screens. We don't have any big mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have calendars and to-do lists. It’s a practical way to run a company. We like being part of this community and just doing our part without making a big fuss about it. The day goes by fast when you have enough to keep you occupied.
