We are located in Office No. 478 on the 4th Floor of Aggarwal Millennium Tower 2. That’s in Netaji Subhash Place. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of office buildings, but we try to keep our space feeling a bit more relaxed. Dec Property Management Pvt. Ltd. is what we call ourselves. We look after buildings and make sure everything is running like it should. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. Fixing leaks, checking the elevators, and dealing with the tenants. We aren't the kind of company that sends out glossy newsletters. We just pick up the phone when a pipe bursts. The office is usually full of keys and maintenance records. We spend a lot of time on the phone with plumbers and electricians. Netaji Subhash Place is a good area to be in because we can get to most of our properties quickly from here. We aren't big on corporate titles. Everyone here chips in with whatever needs doing. Sometimes the elevator in our own building is slow, which is ironic for a property management company, but we deal with it. We just focus on the day-to-day reality of keeping a building in good shape. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until night. We like it that way. It’s what we know how to do.
