Dabas Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. has its main spot at Plot No. 864 in Pooth Khurd. This area is a bit out of the way, so it’s quieter than the main city parts. The office is located in a sturdy building that’s surrounded by some open land and other local workshops. We have a lot of cleaning equipment stacked up in the corner, like floor polishers and big plastic buckets. Most of the time, the rooms are empty because the staff is out at different buildings doing maintenance or cleaning work. We keep a big calendar on the wall to track where everyone is supposed to be. The commute out here can be long if you are coming from central Delhi, but the team is used to it by now. We usually open up early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. There’s a small desk near the door where visitors sign in, and the chairs are a bit mismatched. We don’t have much in the way of decorations, just some old photos and a clock that ticks a bit too loud. It feels like a practical place where people actually work. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps during the break. It’s a simple facility business and we mostly just focus on getting the daily jobs sorted without much fuss. We finish the day by checking the equipment and making sure everything is ready for the next morning.
