You can find our office on the second floor of the building at B-33 in Jeewan Niketan. We are right in the Paschim Vihar area, not too far from St. Marks School. The walk up the stairs is a bit narrow, but it’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We spend most of our hours sitting in front of computer monitors. People walk in with their old resumes printed on paper or saved on thumb drives, and we help them get the formatting right. It is mostly a lot of typing and adjusting margins. The office is small, with just a few chairs for people to wait while we finish the work. We use a lot of printer ink and paper every day. During the afternoons, the street outside gets very loud when the school finishes, but inside we just keep working through the documents. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to use the software. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes the work take longer than it should. We have a small water cooler in the corner and a few stacks of files on the floor. It’s a very simple setup without any decorations on the walls. Most of the people who come here are looking for their first job or trying to move to a better one. We just do the typing and the layout for them. It's a lot of work to keep everything organized, but we've gotten used to the rhythm of the office.
