Cvoter

We are based in New Delhi. It is a huge city and we are just one small part of it. We do not have a permanent office in a big mall or a skyscraper. Instead, we work from a simpler setup. We have been doing this for a long time now. Most of our work involves looking at what people are thinking and putting that into numbers. It is called Cvoter. It sounds more complicated than it actually is. Most days, we are just sitting around a table or at our desks, looking at data on our screens. We talk a lot about what is happening in the news and how it affects people. We are not corporate people who wear suits and ties. Most of us just wear jeans and a shirt. We like to keep things relaxed because the work itself can be quite stressful sometimes. We drink way too much chai during the day to stay alert. The traffic in Delhi is always a nightmare, so we try to avoid traveling during the peak hours if we can. Our workspace is filled with papers and maps. It is not very organized, but we know where everything is. We do not have any big marketing slogans or mission statements. We just try to get the numbers right so we can tell the story of what is happening in the country. It is interesting work, even if the office is a bit cramped and the walls could use a new coat of paint. We are just a group of people who are curious about what everyone else is thinking.
