Csnhrd & Training Consultancy P Ltd is tucked away in Vasundhara Apartments in Delhi-13. It’s a bit different working from an apartment building compared to a regular office block. It feels more like a home, which I think people actually like when they come here for training. B-504 is our little corner of the world. We have converted some of the rooms into training areas where we sit and go over things. The neighbors are mostly nice, though we try to keep the noise down so we don't bother anyone. Being in Delhi-13 means we are away from the absolute chaos of the city center, but it’s still Delhi, so it’s never exactly quiet. We have been doing this consultancy thing for a while now. It started small and just kind of stayed that way because we like the personal feel of it. There’s always a kettle on for tea, and we usually have some biscuits to share. The training we do is pretty straightforward. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just talk to people and show them how to handle their work better. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to walk up the stairs, which isn't great, but it’s part of the charm. It’s just us here, trying to make the training sessions useful and relaxed for everyone who stops by. We have a few plants on the balcony that we try to keep alive.
