We are a small team running Crm Services right in the middle of New Delhi. Being in the capital means everything is always fast and a bit chaotic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have a massive office with hundreds of employees; it’s just a practical space where we handle customer records and data for various people. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people typing away on their keyboards. Delhi summers are tough, so our old air conditioner is always running at full blast to keep us from melting. Most of us use the metro to get to work because driving in this city is a nightmare during the rush hour. We don’t go in for anything flashy. Our desks are a bit cluttered with papers and notebooks, and there is always a stack of files that needs sorting. We have our favorite lunch spots nearby where we go for parathas or a quick tea. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we take the work as it comes. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power flickers, but we just deal with it and keep moving. We are just regular people trying to do a good job in a busy city. There isn't much more to it than that. We focus on getting the tasks finished so we can head home and relax.
