Our office is tucked away in House Number J 1/111 here in New Delhi. It is more of a residential street than a big business park, which actually makes it a lot quieter than you would expect for this city. Finding the right block can be a bit tricky for people coming for the first time, but once you find J block, we are right there. The building is a bit older, with those solid walls that keep the heat out during the summer months, which we all appreciate when the sun is really beating down outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a small area where we have our tea breaks. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors all know us. It’s a simple setup for Crayon Consulting Pvt Ltd. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that; you just walk in and someone will usually be around to help out. Most days are spent looking at screens and talking through different projects we have going on. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes when the weather is bad, but we manage to get through the workload. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows each other’s names and we don't really bother with formal dress codes unless there is a very good reason. It’s just a honest place to work and get things done without too much fuss or noise from the main roads.
