Courier Globe Connections

We are based in Kalkaji, right in the Double Storey area at address A- 111. This is where we run Courier Globe Connections. It’s a busy little place, as you can probably imagine with a courier business. There are always parcels coming in and out at all hours of the day. The floor is usually covered with bits of tape, rolls of bubble wrap, and cardboard boxes of all different sizes. We started this because we saw how much people in the area needed to send things to their relatives far away or for their own small businesses. It’s definitely not a polished or shiny corporate office. It’s much more of a working hub where things actually happen. We have a couple of weighing scales and a computer that has definitely seen better days. The area here in Kalkaji is quite cramped, so parking a delivery van can be a real struggle every single morning. We spend a lot of our time on the phone tracking packages and making sure they get exactly where they’re supposed to go. It’s a lot of responsibility because people are trusting us with their personal stuff. Sometimes things get stuck in the system, and we have to spend hours on the phone finding out where they went. It’s a bit chaotic most days, but we actually like the energy of it. We aren't some giant worldwide firm, just a local team trying to help get things delivered.
