We are based at C-45 in the Parwana Apartments. It’s right near the Samachar Apartments in Mayur Vihar Phase-I Extension. The company is Convergys India Pvt Ltd. It’s a well-known name, but this particular office is just our local spot. Mayur Vihar is a decent part of Delhi to be in. We have a regular routine here. People come in, do their shifts, and head home. It’s a lot of office work, mostly handling data or talking to people. The apartment complex is mostly residential, so we try not to be too loud. We’ve been here for a while, and most of the staff know the area well. There are good places to eat nearby. The office itself is functional. We have the usual computers and desks. It’s not a showroom; it’s a place where work gets done. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it’s a bit of a madhouse when things get busy. We don’t have a big corporate lobby. You just come to the apartment and find us there. It feels more like a community than a cold office building. We’ve seen many employees come and go over the years. Some stay for a long time. We just keep things moving one day at a time. It’s practical and simple. We focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home on time. That’s pretty much how we run things here.
