Connect Placements

We’ve been operating out of Sector 12 for a while now. Connect Placements is just a small setup at N-134 here in Noida. Most days are spent looking through resumes and talking to people who need work. It gets busy, especially with all the offices around this part of UP. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a few desks and some computers. My cousin helped me set things up when we started, and we just kept going from there. We mostly handle local hiring for businesses nearby. Sometimes it’s hard to find the right person for a specific job, but we keep at it until something clicks. The traffic around the sector can be a nightmare in the evenings, but being centrally located helps folks find us easily. People just walk in sometimes asking if there are openings, and we try to give them a few minutes. We try to keep things straightforward. No big promises or complicated talk. If there is a job that fits, we let the person know. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. More shops have opened up down the road, and it feels more crowded now. It’s a decent place to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails. It’s just regular work, nothing too flashy. Most of our clients are just regular business owners like us who need an extra hand in their office or warehouse. We just try to stay organized and keep the files in order.
