So, we are based in New Delhi. Not a specific street address we put on the big signs, but we are right here in the heart of the city. Being in Delhi means everything is fast. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or sitting at our laptops. Cloud9India Staffing Services is basically a group of us who know the staffing world pretty well. We don't have a big corporate mission statement printed on the walls. Mostly, we just have a lot of lists of names and contact numbers. The traffic in this city is always something to talk about when we first get in. Some mornings are easier than others. We usually have a lot of tea and coffee going throughout the day to keep us moving. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure people are where they need to be. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people we work with. The office is usually a bit noisy with people talking and phones ringing. It’s a good kind of busy, though. We’ve been doing this for a while now, so we have a rhythm. Some days are long, and some are quick. We just take them as they come. New Delhi is a tough place but it's where we belong. We keep things simple and just focus on the work. That is all there is to it.
