Center For Individual & Organization Excellence

Our office is tucked away in Mahipal Pur, specifically at House No-28 near the Neel Gagan Public School. It’s a bit of a local landmark because the school is always so loud with kids during the day. We are located at Bistu Pada Pal C/O Bhup Sing, and it’s more of a residential-style setup than a cold business office. At the Center For Individual & Organization Excellence, we focus on teaching and helping people improve how they work and live. It’s a humble place with a few classrooms and a small area where we sit and plan our sessions. We don't have a big neon sign outside, just a small nameplate that you might miss if you aren't looking carefully. Sometimes the neighbors’ cows wander past the entrance, which is just part of life here in Delhi -37. We keep things very simple and down-to-earth. The chairs are mismatched, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it gets the job done. People come to us because they want to learn, not because they want to see a fancy building. We spend a lot of time talking to individuals about their goals and how to get better at what they do. It feels more like a community center than a corporate office. We just do our best to help whoever walks through that door near the school, keeping things honest and helpful for everyone.
