I started Cell Care in Dwarka Sector 5 because I saw how much people struggle when their phones break. It's just a small spot at 112-4, but we keep busy. Most days involve fixing screens or trying to figure out why a battery won't hold a charge anymore. It isn't always easy work, and sometimes parts take a day or two to arrive, but we try to be clear about that. We have been here for a while now, and the neighbors know where to find us. Usually, it's just me and a couple of guys handling the repairs. We keep some basic covers and tempered glass on the shelves too. If you walk past the sector 5 market area, you will probably see our sign. It's a simple setup. We don't have fancy lounge chairs or coffee machines, just a counter and some tools. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded when three people show up at once with broken chargers. We just take it one phone at a time. It’s a job that keeps us on our toes because every phone problem is a bit different. People drop their devices in water or crack them on the pavement, and we see what can be done. It's a local shop for local people, nothing more. We just stay focused on the work at hand and hope the traffic isn't too bad when we need to pick up supplies.
