Anil Communications

Anil Communications is a small shop located at F-3/18 in Krishna Nagar. I’ve been running this place for several years now. Mostly, I help people with their mobile phones, whether it's fixing a cracked screen or helping them top up their talk time. Krishna Nagar is a lively area and there is always someone coming in with a question about their data plan or a phone that won't turn on. The shop is small and filled with chargers, cables, and various phone accessories. I do most of the repairs right there at the counter. It can get a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting at the same time. I don't have a big team, just myself and sometimes a cousin who helps out when it gets really busy. F-3/18 is a familiar spot for many people living nearby. I try to be fair with my prices because I know everyone is trying to save a bit of money. Sometimes I can't fix a phone if the damage is too bad, and I'll just tell you that instead of wasting your time. The lighting in the shop isn't the best, but I have a good magnifying lamp for the small parts. It’s a steady job and I like being the person people go to when their tech acts up. I’ve lived in this area my whole life, so I know most of my customers by name. It is just a regular local shop where we try to be helpful.
