You can find our shop on the ground floor at Plot No. B 12, specifically Shop No. 4 on Gali No. 3. We are in Shalimar Village, very close to where Albert Engineering Private Limited is located. It’s a small shop in a very narrow lane, so it’s always a bit of a squeeze when people are coming and going. We sell various supplies that local workers and factories need. The walls are lined with shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, and we have to be careful when pulling things down. It’s just two or three of us working here most days. We don't have a computer system to track everything; we just know where things are by memory and a few handwritten notes. The lighting isn't very bright, so we often stand near the door to read the labels on the smaller items. We get a lot of dust from the street, so we are always wiping down the counters. It’s a busy little spot, and there’s always the sound of traffic from the main road nearby. We don't do any big advertising or have a fancy storefront. Most people just know us because we’ve been here in the village for a while. We open up early and stay until the last customer leaves. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us.
