Our office is tucked away in Zakir Nagar on the top floor of the flat at 14 A. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs since there isn't an elevator, but the view of 20 A Street is okay from the balcony. Catapult Management Resources Pvt Ltd is mostly just a few of us sitting at desks with our laptops. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people about jobs and resumes. It gets a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make it work with some extra chairs. New Delhi is always noisy, and you can hear the traffic and the street vendors from up here. We’ve got some files stacked in the corner that we really should organize better. The internet acts up occasionally when it rains, so we just take a break then. It's a simple setup, nothing like those big corporate buildings in Gurgaon. We make our own coffee in the little kitchen area. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot of paperwork to finish up. Zakir Nagar has some good food nearby, so lunch is usually sorted. We’ve been operating from this flat for a bit now. It’s a practical place to work without too much fuss. Just a small team trying to keep up with everything. If the door is locked, just knock loud and wait.
