We are based out of 301 D in Shipra Sun City. It is over in the Indrapuram area of Ghaziabad. Mostly we spend our time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. It can be a bit stressful when someone is really looking for a big break and we are trying to find them something. Ghaziabad is a busy place and there is always something happening right outside our door. Our office isn't huge but it gets the job done for us. We have a couple of desks and some old computers that still work fine for what we need. We talk to companies and see who they are looking to hire, then we try to find a match. It is a lot of back and forth on the phone all day. Sometimes we have people waiting in the hallway for an interview. We try to be honest with folks about what jobs are actually out there. Indrapuram has grown a lot lately so things are moving fast. We have seen a lot of different candidates come through these doors. Some get lucky quickly and others take a bit more time. It is just how it goes in this business. We don't use any fancy software, just our heads and a bit of luck sometimes. The traffic around Shipra Sun City can be a nightmare in the evenings. We usually stay late to finish up the emails. It is just a small team here trying to help.
